Driven by his passion for fine dining, Anthony returned to Italy, where he discovered Villa Pignano in Tuscany, before joining Al Molo in Hong Kong after honing his skills at New York's two-star Michelin Marea. In 2015, his expertise in Italian cuisine and the Hong Kong F&B scene led him to helm the kitchen at Mercato by Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Son is a Bangkok-based photographer and videographer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in event coverage and food & beverage photography. Known for his attention to detail, storytelling, and professional approach, he creates visually striking images that capture the essence of moments and help clients showcase their offerings effectively.
Having worked for a number of talented chefs he was able to cultivate a unique skill set and ability to make great food in western and asian cuisine. Working as a Head Chef in Hong Kong for the past 12 years, opened Socialito-Mexican cuisine) and also operated Lily & Bloom and Carbone
